From the outside, it's all 'rosy and cosy', but the reception is poor for such an expensive paying hospital.
I went to visit my auntie there, and l was so frustrated l nearly left.
The receptions on the 3rd and 4th floors were empty. It took a cleaner to navigate me to where she was.
Security is also lax.
My auntie was pleased with the care, but whoever is in charge of the administration should do a better job.

This was my first pregnancy, and I wanted the best care possible. I spent three whole days searching for a good hospital one where the nurses and staff would be kind, caring, and supportive. Eventually, I decided on The Bank Hospital, thinking it would be the right choice. But honestly, before God and man, I deeply regret that decision. The way I was treated there was nothing short of disappointing. The nurses and receptionist were unprofessional and lacked basic compassion. Instead of making my pregnancy journey easier, they made it harder. They made me cry twice and each time, I went home heartbroken. My husband often noticed my sadness, but I lied to him about how I was being treated because I knew how upset he would be if he found out. I endured everything in silence, but it truly affected me emotionally.Out of 100 staff members, maybe only 10% were nice. The rest? Cold, rude, and inconsiderate. It felt like all they cared about was money, not the wellbeing of their patients. Please, don’t be deceived by the beautiful building or the fancy appearance because what’s inside doesn’t match the outside. My experience at The Bank Hospital was painful, and I would never recommend it to any expectant mother.

I accompanied my mother here for treatment. It was our first time and I’m beyond satisfied with the services. Maneuvering the place the easy with various signs. The staff are friendly and hospitable. No experience of stress. I’ll definitely choose to come here again. Quality healthcare professionals 🤩

World class facility and located in one of the best parts of town. Great ambience and well-planned hospital.
There are two buildings; the main and the annex. The Annex is few metres away from the Mother Nest School and the main facility is adjacent NAFTI.
Facilities are neat and efficiently managed. Staff attitude and customer service is below average as compared to the nature of the facility and the ambience.
TAT is poor especially for a health facility. For a hospital, there is no sense of urgency; this should be looked at across all units.
I love their cafeteria and the waiting area though.

I recently accompanied a family friend to The Bank Hospital and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff members who displayed a welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and attentiveness. The physicians took the time to provide clear explanations regarding her condition and treatment plan, instilling a sense of confidence in their approach. The nursing staff exhibited remarkable kindness, consistently checking in to ensure her comfort and addressing her needs.
The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, fostering a calm and reassuring atmosphere for patients. What was particularly noteworthy was the genuine compassion demonstrated by each member of the healthcare team. They went above and beyond to ensure that she felt supported throughout her two-day stay.
She expresses deep gratitude for the high level of care received. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone at The Bank Hospital for their dedication and commitment to patient well-being. I highly recommend this institution to anyone seeking quality medical care.
