I recently had an experience at this hospital and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and attentive. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, and the nurses went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. What stood out the most was the genuine compassion and empathy shown by every team member—it truly made a difficult time much easier. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and excellence in healthcare. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

I had a devastating experience at this facility that I feel compelled to share to help other expectant mothers make informed decisions about their care. During my 3-day admission at 26 weeks of pregnancy, my amniotic fluid broke and I went into preterm labor. As a first-time mother, I was unfamiliar with the signs of labor and relied on the medical staff to monitor my condition. Unfortunately, the healthcare team failed to recognize the symptoms of active labor, despite me being under their direct care. It was only when I received a scan at an external facility that they discovered I was fully dilated and needed to deliver immediately. I gave birth at 26+5 weeks, and tragically lost my baby after one week. The lack of proper monitoring and failure to identify critical symptoms during such a vulnerable time was deeply concerning. I hope sharing this experience will encourage other expectant mothers to advocate strongly for themselves and seek second opinions when they have concerns about their care. My heart goes out to any family who has experienced similar losses.

Gave birth to my first child there and it was ok. But the second time was hell for me. Some of the nurses don’t care, I paid for a private room but these people didn’t allow my guests/ primary caregivers have peace. The cleaners don’t come in to clean except you call.. some of the nurses behaves so nonchalantly and laid back. They even asked me why I brought my toddler to the hospital when I explained to them that I had no one to look after her at home and that’s the reason I want a private room.. aside all of these when I tried to complain I was manipulated and gaslighted by the manager or whatever… I had a very bad experience and my pain is I paid a whole lot of money for such behaviors, with the amount of money you guys charge you should offer value..(anyways the surgeon and his crew were the only ones who made me feel good) and some few nurses like 2 of them..they did a lot I can’t even remember everything this hospital put me through
