I almost confused the place for hotel..quite serene environment.Honestly doesn't have the hospital feel. Staff are a bit responsive and ive never felt this confi at a hospital.

Avoid. The male docs have huge egos and did not like that I asked lots of questions. About my pregnancy. One of the obg’s told me to ignore the weight loss and morning sickness I had well into my second trimester because I was overweight anyway. Luckily I got a second opinion and had to go into labor almost immediately to save me and my baby’s life. My husband also had a poor experience with a mi in surgery. Doctor said he could do it but clearly wasn’t equipped when the time came. Front desk also disorganized and waste time.

The staff here are really warm in receiving and attending to patients. I love the comfort here also and how I was treated especially.

Very overpriced and do not give you value for your money. Staff are very reluctant. I had a C-section and requested for my own room they ended giving me a room full of mosquitoes. The windows were left opened . I was left to bathe cold water my baby wept most part of her stay cos of mosquito bite . The midwives do not give needed attention

When they talk about a useless hospital it’s this Dell hospital… unprofessional staff, no care service, all they care about is money… no proper diagnosis will be carried out on you…did a surgery with them now I need to be transferred to another hospital for another surgery due to wrong diagnosis. If you want to stay alive don’t come near this hospital. Very very disappointed in them. Will never ever come near this hospital in my life!!
