Loved the service here. They're swift but could do better. The night doctor was carrying his shoulders like a demi-god. Common responding to greetings is like he has to be begged. Well, he's not there to respond to greetings so I do not blame him. Entirely, love their technology system. All departments are interconnected, just mention your name and they know exactly what to do on you. Management should do something about the aesthetics of the place though. A little polishing will be fine. And the washrooms stink a bit. Something can be done about that too. All in all, they're good. And very much available in the night just incase you got struck by an emergency. The nurses should be told to be awake at least. It's a night duty but that's why you had the day to sleep so you can stay awake at night. They were all literally dozing off or locked on their phones.

Went in a month ago for blood work. Paid around 500 cedis CASH to the lab, had my lab work drawn and was told I would have my results emailed that evening. It's been a month, no lab results, and they claim it's unpaid and am sitting here waiting for my results STILL. So, money stolen and no results. Do not go here.

A great hospital with well serviceable staff. Big thumbs to Nurse Jennifer and colleagues. Now the process is smooth with greater convenience and comfort. The environment as at the time I visited was under renovation with materials on ground. Just on the road from Adenta-Dodowa

This hospital is so disorganised and so boring; nothing works properly. The staff don't attend to clients well. I used to like this hospital because of how they work but now (2025) the place is so disorganised and I will not recommend it to anyone, especially pregnant women

They need to improve on their service and employ more qualified nurses for the job. My daughter was admitted for two days and during that period they were giving her an oral suspension which was not kept in the fridge after reconstruction .the suspension became slimy. Noticed it when we got home and it made my child give out watery stool for days.
