Terrible service. Dropped in standards. Unprofessional nurses/doctors. I DO NOT Recommend. Used to have high regards for this hospital until I gradually noticed their decline in service delivery.

Very rude cashier with large eye balls. Inpatient and snobbish. She charged me outpatient on a surgery when my contract with the insurance company is inpatient and she refused to correct or talk to the insurers providers. On top of it, she brought up an earlier issue where i refused to pay for two (2) extra needles that was never used on me before i was discharged. I mean who goes about paying for things they do not consume or even posses, for it to be an issue. Aside her, the doctors are very patient and caring. They have very great nurses as well.

Here's a brief review for a hospital:
Always a positive experience at Jubail. They have attentive and very professional staff. Doctors patiently explain treatment options clearly. The facility is clean. And oh.. “hospital food” is actually good. Overall I feel cared for anytime I’m there.

Jubail and its staff are incredible. Wouldn’t trade them for any other in the country. They’ve been my support system since day one and now turned family. Kudos Jubail and it’s team ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gave birth to my twin boys at Jubail.I’ll recommend them anytime anyday.Sending love to Doc Ken doc Karen doc churcher Nurse glory etc .A beautiful place to be.
