Formerly the Lighthouse Missions Hospital. The facility is neat and the place is efficiently run. The doctors and nurses are very good and friendly.
The only person we met who needed to up her service was the lady/nurse at the reception. She rarely smiles and she is not helpful.
Before the process is started though you will need to pay the processing fee of 124ghc. The system has been programed in such a way that you can't be attended to if you are cash less.
They take lots of private insurance cards and they have the POS and mobile money services.
They is no canteen or cafeteria around so you would want to bring your water or snacks along when using the facility.

I used to hold this hospital in very high regard, and in many ways, I still do, particularly for its outpatient services, fertility, and maternity care, which are truly excellent. The doctors, nurses, and administrative staff deliver care with professionalism and compassion. They deserve sincere commendation.
However, the efficiency of some of the support services is concerning. The pharmacy, for instance, is extremely inefficient. Even when there’s no queue, it can take a minimum of 15 minutes to receive your medication. It’s frustrating and reflects poor internal processes that need urgent improvement. It's been like this for years, and it's terrible.
The experience during Saturday morning baby weighing sessions is also extremely disappointing. The staff member in charge, a dark-skinned woman with short hair, is consistently late and unreasonably rude. Such conduct is unacceptable in a healthcare environment and creates unnecessary stress for parents. On this morning, there was a long queue of exhausted parents and many crying babies.
Additionally, the hospital does not provide food, water, or refreshments on site. Please bring your own or be prepared to walk or drive to the nearest junction to get basic essentials. Parking is limited to the street, which may pose challenges depending on the time of day.
This hospital has an excellent medical team and shines in its core healthcare delivery. Addressing the inefficiencies in support services would greatly enhance the overall experience and restore the standard it was once known for.

I love them when it comes to General clinic stuff. But for a patient on admission, i think the services are not so great, not good at all. Doctors barely visit patients to even have a proper examination. “I stand to be corrected though “ but I really had a terrible experience with them. There was no sense of urgency.
Treatment had gone on for days and with little improvement, they seemed not to even alter medications. “Maybe I went there at a very wrong time.” Their services to patients on admission are very poor, per my experience. They could do a lot better. I don’t think I would recommend them to anyone with a serious health condition or same in a state of emergency. I would probably advise them to have a VIP treatment. A lot more could be done.

Best among the best of all fertility hospitals in the country. Had two children there and the care from Drs and nurses were just superb. Kudos to all the workers there and keep up the good work!

Excellent fertility and child welfare hospital. You need answers to infertility? The Lighthouse Mission Hospital is the right place. I have had answers after searching for a child for 5 years in less than 12 months after I decided to visit the hospital. I now have a baby girl to the glory of God, and I have named her after the gynaecologist who attended to us. Christ Jesus the Healer is in that place.
