Manager is very nice, but customer service in general is appalling. The sales rep have very little or no experience. The manager is always correcting errors made by sales reps. Salesman need skill and training to improve their trade. Customer service is work in progress. They have all types of iron and steel rods products with free delivery for consumers.

It's very difficult to access their premises whenever it rains. The entrance becomes muddy and their premises flooded.
