Grace is AMAZING! Probably the best full set I’ve received ever! She shaped my nails to the T! I would highly recommend you make an appointment via what’s app.
I couldn’t stop taking videos of my nails I was so happy with everything! I’m coming back to get my braids redone after another salon messed them up.

I do not recommend. Arrived for my appointment and no one was ready to assist after extensive communication via whats app. I should've left immediately but really wanted the services. Then, my hair was pulled out of my head during hair spa service. Finally, my braids were subpar. I paid and tipped, but not because I should have. I was looking forward to a relaxing appointment, and it was anything but. Very disappointed.
Update: The owner just responded to me directly, and what stood out most was her saying that it's a good thing the positive reviews outweigh the negative. Well, okay. Smh..
Update #2: that long response with all those excuses should tell you everything you need to know. Of course I refused additional service,, why on Earth would I spend another minute or another dollar? SMH...

I think the manager needs more training and education communicating with customers, exchanging words with customers and disrespecting them is a no for me,genesis spa you can do better,thank you
