This is the first time I have ever disliked my toes. Went in for an acrylic removal and asked to get shellac French pedicure. The lady proceeded to file my nails down to absolutely nothing and then said it was too thin to do anything with so she said
It’s best I cut it down. I was not happy because I would have preferred for the acrylic to be soaked off but she then gave an excuse that the nail was weak that’s why she didn’t soak it off ( not sure how she came to that conclusion before starting on my feet). Anyways she just cut them down anyway she pleased and for some reason I was cut and started bleeding on my big toe. Proceeded to then use the file to shape them down crooked and slapped on the nail polish like a toddler. As we waited for them to dry she proceed to start trimming her own finger nails and filing them.
Like I seriously just sat there watching her do her nails. I was supposed to get my hands done but I’ve never walked out of an establishment quicker. I’m so mad at how ugly they look.

I’m in disbelief. I visited Nami a few weeks ago and left a tip for the lady who does my pedicure because she’s so good at what she does. When I went back last week, I casually asked her if she received the tip I had left for her and to my surprise, she said she hadn’t received anything.I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it made me wonder if the ladies at the front desk might have kept the tip without informing her. I felt really bad about the situation and started asking myself if this kind of thing happens often. If so, it’s truly disappointing behavior. Are they paid so little that they feel the need to take their colleague’s tips?

Service was okay. Loved the hostess. Nails could’ve been finished a little cleaner.

Nice place and staff I will enjoyed their services I fell I was over charged.
Because I called for the price before coming because I was in a good mood I did not ask questions
All the same, if they going according to their price list then is affordable if not then 😥 thus not fair

They had a trainee do my nails and she completely butchered me. Would’ve been great if they informed me before hand. What they call a pedicure is a light scrub and a foot massage??? - not an in-depth pedicure. I’ve had better service for less. This will be my First and last time visiting.
