Went for the first time while in Accra this summer. My 2 year old got her hair braided - great, quick and no fuss from her tender head (she fell asleep twice). My two boys got their mani/pedis and they were super thorough unlike other places that rush the kids. I got a fill (builder gel) and it was PERFECT - Pearl did a fantastic job. Bonus: getting to do all at our appointments at one place. Everyone at the salon was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend and will be back!

It took a while for the hair consultant to arrive. Detangling session was the best I ever had. However, braiding was quite painful. Please sterilize your combs and tools and don’t use the same ones on my dirty for my cleaned washed hair.

My initial experience did not fit my expectations and the review I left back then reflected that. However, someone reached out to me via their Instagram account and I shared my concerns which were received in a professional manner.
I will still maintain that when an appointment is made there is complete understanding on both sides to prevent any misunderstanding.

Love them. They took really good care of me while I was in accra. Always efficient and talented. Punctuality needs a bit of work but they are so professional and friendly.
