Customer service is top notch. From booking on WhatsApp to in person is really great. Neat environment and ambiance. Booking ahead really helps as it allows them prep hair bundles and ensure you’re attended to fully. And oh, they are super fade. I spent 3/4 hours for a customized cornrow braid.

firstly, the workers are incredibly rude.
They talk about you when they think that just because you cant speak twi it gives
them the right to talk about you. I fully understand twi and decided to just sit quietly and listen to what they say. They started late for my appointment too and it took double the amount of time for it to get done. The worker with the stitch zigzag cornrows kept talking about me and the style i picked but if ur unable to do it just leave instead of making noise. the way she was eyeing me down like she was the one doing my hair??? and rolling her eyes was just disgusting behaviour like who sent her😂
Dont recommend coming here ill never be appearing there again ill stick with Nails Geek and Braid lounge

Should have posted this earlier but I got my lashes done here in December of 2021 and It was horrible, the lash tech was late to the appointment and also incredibly rude. The process was very painful and the glue burned really badly. She would kiss her teeth and sigh loudly when I flinched from the pain and told me my eyelids were shaking too much. She also complained that I was ruining the lashes by flinching from the pain to another worker while I was still laying in front of her. The lashes themselves pointed straight and didn’t curl upwards properly .my eyes watered so much and the lashes were very hard. It was so painful to even close my eyes or blink until I got the lashes removed. I also was not given any aftercare tips the only thing she told me was not to wet the lashes for 24 hours. It was a horrible experience , I am unaware if that lash tech still works there but I am sharing my own experience to help other customers make informed decisions

This was the worst experience I have had in a long time.
I came a day before to book appointment for lash extensions. The owner requested for a deposit but never called to confirm my reservation.
Prior to affixing lash extensions, I was not warned about the acetone in the lash glue , although I did say that it was my first time.
My eyes were itchy and swollen and I complained to the owner. Her response was: Yes I should have told you, but I forgot. I USUALLY tell my clients.
I had to return the following day to remove the lashes as the glue was still burning my eyes and there was so much of it thst my lashes were all stuck together.
It was a horrible experience.
The owner just said sorry after I went through the nightmare of her technician using acetone remover as no.amount of coconut oil could desolve the glue!!!!!
As a gesture, I was not offered even a complimentary manicure......
