Beautiful business with terrible customer service. I arrived at the salon before it opened for short passion twists. My husband came to drop me off as it was my first time visiting this salon. I asked the girl, I believe her name was Amanda, how long the service would take as soon as we got there because we had a flight to catch later in the evening. She told me it would take about 2 hours and this was around 2pm. My husband decided to wait there so we could go home after, get our bags, and go to the airport. There was only one other customer in the salon at the time and about 4/5 other girls not doing anything. The girl assigned to me washed my hair & started the service. As time went on, I realized there was no way we were going to be done in 2 hours but I was patient and decided to wait a little longer to alert the girl who initially said 2 hours. 3 hours later, my husband asked Amanda if someone could help the girl doing my hair because we had to leave & she said told him she thought the braider would be quicker but now nobody can help since there were more customers in the salon by that time. About 30 mins later, one girl came over to "help", only did 1 single twist, and moved on to someone else. The girl braiding my hair asked Amanda for help again in twi (I don't think they knew I understood every word) & she flat out said no & ignored her request. My husband ended up leaving around 6:30pm and I had to boil the water for my hair myself after we got home because I nearly missed my flight due to the unprofessional behavior of the girls at the salon. I was very grateful to the girl who was braiding my hair because she went as quickly as she could but she just needed a little assistance, it was not her fault at all. Aesthetics mean nothing when you ignore your customers needs. Will never be back.

Whenever I’m in town, this is one of the first places I rush to. Braids are always done nicely, well priced and with top service (they’re also very gentle on your hair so you don’t have to sacrifice hair health for a style). Then, Europeboy always does my nails— some of the best designs I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend here enough. Thanks guys!

I visited this beauty salon today for a manicure and pedicure, and I must say that the service I received was absolutely top-notch! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Solomon. He was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire service.
The manicure and pedicure was amazing, definitely the best service I’ve received since being in Ghana.The attention to detail was second to none, and my nails looked absolutely stunning when they were finished. The staff really took their time and made sure that everything was perfect, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I highly recommend this salon. If you're looking for high-quality luxurious service, then this is definitely the place to go. The staff are wonderful, the service is top-notch, and the results are amazing.

I went for a neck wax and I think I was their first customer who had gone for that service since their opening. I totally loved the results and the outcome but the process was a little sloppy. I understand the sloppiness because it was a first experience. The customer service was also not so great. I hope to get a better one the next time I'm there.
