I had quite an experience! Hair 100 or 100
Customer service 0/100. These ladies stopped on my hair arguing over unwashed beans bowls or so and I’m just there looking like “should I leave or stay”. Went there to do cornrows and it took me 3 hours.

I had such a good time. Joan attended to me. She is so so lovely. I laughed a lot. While I was there they slayed other girls hair to the T. Everyone left there looking their best. I loved my install. Thank you Hair day xx

I had a great experience at the salon. They pay attention to details on your hair and advise you on what you need to do to keep your hair looking good always. The installation process was so nice and the staff are lovely, they treat clients with respect.
I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have a great installation and a relaxing feeling while on it as well. You get the value for your money always. Hair day all day🤍

The salon has the aesthetic they do great hair sometimes I think the girls need a refresher course. The atmosphere sometimes is a bit negative the girls act like they dont like each other (they bully each other since 2022 in the old location), when one ask for help they never receive the help; one person will say they are too busy to help and the busy they are talking about is them working on a wig for a customer thats coming tomorrow while a paying client is sitting in the chair. Madam maame will be around when the girls are not being helpful to each other or being mean to each other but wont catch it, its like she oversees it or ignores it but customers catch it. I think each stylist needs their own padlock hair kit that contains all hair supplies like glue hot combs hair marker got2be heat protection because they fight over the supplies and a customer has to wait until one is finished which wastes more time.
