Staff mostly edgy and almost distrustful. Neither bedside lamp worked and room light unbearably light. Took 24h to get someone to change the bulbs! Tiny window admitted no natural light and room a little cold and clinical. Swimming pool chill. At breakfast you were watched intently all the time until I challenged the guy. Not a restful two nights.. moved back to my usual cosy, well-priced and situated place.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, a nice outside pool with bar and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. Security has high priority here, and hotel is in a safe area.

Very Receptive, Good rooms.
However, on my checking out today 19/11/24 at 7:16am, the main security gate was locked, my ride couldn't get in, whilst I had a lot of luggage. It took one of the hotel receptionist to help me outside of the gate to get into my ride.
And security post officers were asked where the key to the gate was, they looked on unconcerned and also gave responds that one of them had locked it and taken the key home?? Really?..
Overall, my stay was good.

Great/ modern room and neat compound with great entry and check-in service.
I booked a room for 2 people, the lady in the dining hall handling the buffet interrupted me while i was preparing my plate and asked for my room number. I gave her my room number then she told me only one person can eat and proceeded to tell me my husband was not allowed to eat. Very very unprofessional with a typical standard Ghanaian attitude and unprofessionalism (truth be told). Unpleasant experience. She was later addressed and corrected by the receptionist after i explained that if i am paying extra for a room for two people then two people should be allowed to eat breakfast.
