Good location, clean rooms. We didn’t get any info on breakfast when we checked in, but asked in the morning and were told it starts at 0700. By 0730 we gave up and left.
The fence outside is also locked overnight. This was not described either and we almost had to jump it the morning to get out early flight. Little bizarre but okay if you know what’s going on.

The sharp guesthouse doesnt look super fancy from the outside, but the room was perfectly clean and smelled fresh. Got new towels and toiletpaper whenever i needed. Fence and AC works perfect without any mold odor ( which is typical for cheaper places and i hate it) but not here. Staff was very friendly. Its not luxury but its good for the price and it is truly in the middle of Osu central right next to oxford street. It is busy but its osu so you should know! Only 1 star less because the wifi didnt work at all in my room. Staff were trying to fix it but although its an internet café they werent able to fix it. I needed to go to the lobby for wifi. Would stay again.

Location is good in a very live and active area. If you like quiet places this will not be suitable for you.
Wi-Fi is okay not so fast and sometimes disconnected.
Staff are very friendly and cooperative.
Although there is a big daily effort to keep the room clean, there are still some insects (ants, spiders,...)

I think I can say a few things about Sharp Guest House as I lodged in two of its rooms over a 3-day stay: a single room & 4-bedroom. I booked the single room online for 2 days but decided to stay a day longer. The receptionists were really nice & helpful: Annette, Abraham etc, in receiving me and giving helpful information about finding my ways in Accra. The rooms are neat & quiet with neat bath & toilet. Has refrigerator, table, television (about 42 inch size) & the beds are comfy. The wifi is fast & there were no roaches.
On the flip-side, the single room that I first stayed was a bit stuffy as there's no window (the A/C works perfectly though), hence my movement to a bigger room (expectedly with a higher cost). The single was also already booked for my additional day stay. I was told the window was blocked to reduce noise. The other room I stayed has a window. The restaurant also can be made better. Also the rooms are few, hence you may have to book earlier. The reception also serves as the cyber cafe, there's no much hassle about this though if you don't mind. By & large, I think it ranks above other hotels in the price range in Accra. Lest I forget, you'll save yourself some hassles by telling taxi (cab) drivers that you are going to Sharpnet than Sharp Guest House. It's this same place but Sharpnet Internet Cafe seems more popular.
