Worst Guest house ever…owner needs to do something about it

To be honest, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They don’t even deserve 3.7 stars—zero would be more accurate. I can’t comprehend why I had to pay 250 cedis for such discomfort. I’m extremely disappointed and angry. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Trust me, you’ll end up venting your frustration here too. Save yourself the trouble, explore other options, and always prioritize reviews and feedback. I deeply regret staying here.

Not up to standard. Workers are not organized. Rooms have unpleasant smell and everything looks old. The cleaners at the hotel need to be checked….headboard was dusty I had to clean myself. Hotel needs an intense renovation.

I entered into their Executive room highly disappointed. The room was stuffy, no blanket provided and upon request, I was informed all was taken to laundry, TV was not working, AC could not be regulated, Bathroom was a totally mess, heater way damaged, drainage was choked, fan was noisy, telephone was not even working. #THIS IS THE WORST GUEST HOUSE I'VE EVER LOGDED IN # POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE . In fact the comfort of their clients are not their priority, all the care for is their money and treats clients as if they are doing them a favor. I'd not even encourage an enemie to logde there. Their service delivery is not worth their price. I wonder what the institution of hotel management is doing about these reviews.

This guesthouse has the most rude and uncouth front desk staff. Their actions are as though they are doing you a favour. The rooms are terrible, total darkness in the room but they were not ready to change the bulb.
