Water doesn't flow well ,poor air conditioning, old furnitures. I think they should fix all these things,then sakdana would be on great shape and be rated well

Everything is Cool but they have to pay attention on the guest rooms very well, the rooms need renovation, changes of bed spread, towels etc.
