Unfortunately, their service has declined significantly. During my recent visit with my son, the senior nurse at the OPD failed to efficiently manage patient flow, not queuing and calling patients for vital checks. Thankfully, the doctor was kind and competent. To improve, the OPD nurses need better organization to minimize delays.

Health care is very important so I will recommend this Hospital to anyone who want a good health support center. They have gotten the best Doctors and Nurses to support in the administaining good service to the community and Ghana as a whole,I have gone there when I was ill,i can testify that it's a place that all the nurses will be attending to you,some of the facilities that they have are: Dental Dept,Eye testing center, Laboratory center,Phyamacy. Making treatment fast and easy, oh less I forget they also have their own Blood bank, if you have a health insurance card it will be an advantage to you.Abulance is also ready with their 24Hr standby Genertor too, It's really a place with a class wish anyone who leaves around this area(Maprobi, Larterbiokorshie,sukurah)

Some of the nurses are nice, but I ask for my bad to be changed and the they refuse insisting I used the same bed I was offered from start of treatment. Even when I don’t feel comfortable with it, I was ask to manage

My first experience at the hospital was really good that I had to come back to hospital but the strategy in which they work must be checked. They are very slow aside that favoring others who ain’t part of the queue just because they know someone who works there.
I have been in queue for more than 5hours without consulting a Dr. I believe that if a company charges more than the usual it means the services must also be equally good because you can’t charge us for more money and render a poor service to us. I do regret not going to the government hospital 😡👎

The only reason I went there is because of the paediatrician. She’s really good, however their system of operation is very very slow. They jack up prices and I don’t know who can hold them accountable honestly. They should rename it to Barnor luxurious spa because the money seems to be more important than offering a genuine service. Too bad!
