I like the fact that it's a unisex salon. I took my kid for a haircut and everything went fine. The strong smell of products from what I suspect to be the pedicure section takes up the whole place. That's the only thing I didn't really like.

This is my second time going to this salon. I have 4c natural short hair. My first time,I requested for finger curls, the person that did it tried his best but I had to wash down the hair the next day because it looked ugly. I still decided to try them again, this time perm rod curls, I went in, showed them the picture and inquired about the service and charged, they said they will charge me Ghc300.00. With no complaints, I sat for my hair removal and washing which was rushed, like she just wants to get to it. During the hair removal I had a conversation with the stylists (Grace) trying to confirm my style and she did mention that she is going to use straws, I told her no that I don’t want straws to be used because that’s not what I requested, she said they don’t have perm rods but they have small rollers, I agreed to continue because I know people sometimes substitutes the perm rods with small rollers. she also did mention that, we Ghanaians enter the shop and expects perfection whilst when they even do just anything for foreigners they are content(that should have been when I got up and leave) but I decided to trust her on giving me something close to perfection because I told her, everyone wants what they are paying for. She used one product, mouse to wet the hair and then rolled it, just like that. I have never done it so I allowed the stylist to do her thing. Sat in the dryer unattended to, I had to shout for her because I was burning in the dryer because it was too hot. Finished drying, removed the rollers and this style looks like when you have used roller on a hair after washing, nothing new, nothing different, she saw I was displeased so she started picking it out to make it fuller and the so called curls was dropping. She then came for my natural hair , that is the texture and those people I am using as reference have different textures , the same person that had asked me if I have texturized my hair because it was soft. We moved to pay and I asked her to discount it, I said that because I didn’t get the service I asked for, she said no, that she even want to charge more, most of them kept saying it’s nice and I flat out told them I don’t like it and that this is not what I came for and then they came for my hair texture. I got home with no curls in my hair, it just looks like a hair that haven’t been combed out, covered it and slept but woke up to my natural hair like I went for a normal washing service. I personally choose this place because it is marketed like they know what they are doing, and for an African country that we are known for this texture, it saddens me that, when you have natural hair, you automatically can’t get good service because your hair is hard and lacks coils. The brand makes us believe they know what they are doing when in fact majority of the stylist lacks knowledge, and not willing to learn and they just charge and charge. I am never stepping foot in this shop again but I promise that, if there is anything that will be done to call this brand out, I will gladly do it. If there was zero star, I would give it to them. It’s painful and unprofessional.

During my visit to the shop with my 11-year-old daughter, I experienced highly disappointing service from a staff member. Their rude "I don't care" attitude and lack of knowledge regarding product differences was disheartening. I recommend implementing basic Equity training to enhance customer interactions and ensure a more respectful environment.

This salon just over priced me just because they saw I had a little money on me, two times I have been there . I always come out unhappy customer anytime I go to that salon. This going to be my last time of going to that there. I'm not happy about the unreasonable amount they charged me for that useless hair they did for me 😏.
