The receptionist was rude and the most annoying thing is I killed two cockroaches in the room and the receptionist did not even apologize. But was rude and unconcerned about it. I will never recommend. I which i can give zero stars

I wish to give zero star. I called to reserve a room. But the room was not even ready when I got there. I waited in the lobby for about 30mins ready to go to bed. I carried my own luggages whiles four of the workers standing there talking. Getting into the room I have to write a whole page for that the bed sucks. Place not clean. Nothing works here. I hate it and I'm never going back there.
