During my visit to Ghana in 2022 I decoded to try the fried pork with fried yam at Hole 19 Gastronomie, Driving from Spintex road it was easy to locate the venue via Google map. The environment beautiful and and staff were pleasant.
The aroma of the chinchinga was irresistible so we had that for a starter and then the fried yam with Pork as the main. Mennnnn You've got to try it for yourself. It was so good. Pork had spice and tender ๐.
I just could not have enough of it , had to get extras to take home with me.
I recommend this Hole 19 Gastronomie.
