The hotel is honestly a lovely place — cozy, classy, and so comfortable you might just consider changing your permanent address… if your wallet agrees.
But ah, the washroom! Clean? Yes. Smells good? Absolutely. Ventilation? Nonexistent. Once you go in, it’s you and your “business” against the world — no escape, no mercy. You basically marinate in your own creation like a loyal soldier who refuses to abandon his post.

The hotel has been acquired by “The Palms by the Eagles.”Excellent location for a business or conference meeting. The hall we used could house 200+. Service was okay, not exceptional. There seems to be a slight slack in service compared to competitors around.

The staff at Holiday Inn Accra were delightful! Everyone was eager to assist and pleasant to meet. The hotel is pretty new, very clean and security is a clear priority. The pool area is very pretty, including a multiple lap lanes, and very clean and appealing. The rooms were well designed, efficient and comfortable. The maid service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the rain shower head and tremendous water pressure for a hotel. Only issue I had was they ran out of diet Coke during our stay, but they were so charming I didn't mind. The location is walking distance from a mall area as well as a 5 minute drive to the airport.

A very relaxing place especially after the renovation. Beautiful setting and comfortable rooms with minimalistic but luxury rooms. My favourite part is the pool side.

I was at the restaurant for brun̈ch with friends on 27 April 2025. The service was poor. The food was not bad, though. Disgruntled looking waiters who seemed sad to wait on you. Their posture and interaction was very unprofessional.
