Only one doctor to attend to everyone that did Lab, and the same attending to admissions patients. From 2 pm till 4 to 5 pm, still waiting to be attended to. Wasting patient time

Many medical tests to just receive commentary from the doctors that they don’t know. Went like this for three weeks til I got a second opinion from UG hospital, in one week I recovered.
They just take money from people. I wish I knew sooner.

I believe hospitals like this deserve bigger spotlights. I don't know what others are complaining about in the comments but I received the exact opposite of that. My lab was given a time frame and I got the alert from the receptionist exactly the time I was given. I think doctor Inkoom should take a keen look at the individuals under him and given
the corresponding rewards , because I got perfect attention and the medication given has really helped. Probably those having complains may be because of other staff that attended to them since they work in shift. I loved my experience. Perfect environment, excellent health care management. Good job being done

Hello to anyone reading,
Please note this before trying to visit this clinic. A private one. I expect better. It doesn’t hurt to be human. Their people relation/ skills are very poor. I do regret visiting and I would never visit even on my death bed. Night staffs are unprofessional. I have a home, yet I managed to get to the nearest hospital. They were sleeping, unbothered , tossing me up and down, trying to sort financials before giving the due treatment without asking payment method at arrival and not giving me a bed to rest / even asking. I immediately left to another hospital. This has to stop, playing with people’s lives. Anyone who visit do so at their own risk. I dare you to charge anything to my provider and this won’t be the last of me.

This is my first time seeking treatment from this centre and as a female, a fellow female to give a warm welcome beyond professionalism deserves a spot light. Her name was Rhoda at the reception desk and she deserves 5 star reward from the head. Thank you Inkoom
