The worst experience ever! They lost my items I was due to travel the next day…I was sooooo stressed out arguing with them to return my items they finally did but the stressed I went through was despicable I will never use them again. They also did a terrible job with ironing 2 of my pleated skirts.

Made a hole in my Duvet, i don't know if they used an islamic detergent or spray! My room stinks with it! Imagine sleeping and waking up smelling like that! Unbearable.👎🏾
