I had an amazing experience at Kanzo Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming. The service was fast, and everyone was polite and attentive without being overbearing. My order supreme combo chicken,came out just the way I wanted — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The environment was clean and very comfortable too. I really appreciated how they checked in to make sure everything was okay. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Last weekend, I visited a cozy, well-rated restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles and guided us to a clean, nicely set table. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, and the food arrived quickly, hot, and beautifully presented. I ordered grilled chicken with jollof rice and a side of fresh vegetables , everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The background music was soft and the environment was calm, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the excellent service, tasty food and pleasant setting made it a memorable visit.

5/5 stars! I recently visited Kanzo restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and expertly prepared, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The jollof with fish was a highlight - everything was perfectly seasoned and presented. Highly recommend Kanzo for a great dining experience!

The best reviews take into account the finer details of an experience, and for that reason KANZO gets three stars.
The place is not difficult to find, but upon arrival you may be somewhat surprised that there are two identical rooms; right adjacent each other, nothing starkly differentiating the two except for the overhead signage that had 'Executive Lounge' to one. We chose this one.
I need to say this; their chicken was great, the AC works, and compensatory fruit juice was welcomed... but that's where the fun ends: Don't bother ordering ahead, or making a reservation, because they won't deliver, nor tell you that they ran out of fish, and also that the last dish won't have chicken. Also, you better make an attempt at being unreservedly friendly because if you get peeved at the insouciant attitude of the staff, nobody's getting any food. I wish they'd spend as much on staff training, supply stocking and reliability, like they did on the interior sprucing...cos those chairs are comfy.
Like I told the waiter, that was my 'for the last' visit...till they upped their game... or changed their name.
