They do mostly selective service. They're alo quick to refer most cases because most at times there are no doctors on duty. This has happened to me personally I stayed on first aid till next day 6pm no doctor has come to see me until I left the hospital but I was given bill for accommodation and breakfast and something else

Wow, for the first time in about 3 years of visiting mount Camel hospital, today has been exceptional, customer service was great, things worked well and professionally, nurses were very kind and respectful. Keep it up mount Camel. Thumbs up

This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. You run lab tests on a patient and you don't provide results slip

Lack of communication everywhere
A doctor will sit comfortably in his/her office and ask nurses to deliver information that everything is fine without explaining things to the patient.
Nurses giving rude attitude towards patients for treatment he/She is paying for
Like how!
You come for your bill receipt a day after been discharged and the account personnel tells you they didn't not bill you correctly
How is that even possible
And you call this a Hospital

This is the worst gynae hospital I've ever been to. Nurses talking and shouting all over. No privacy in consulting rooms. Nurses and doctors popping in and out whilst scanning is going on. Doctor asking questions why you need a report of your scan results. Was very very disappointed in the hospital. I wonder why people even go there.
