If I could give them zero stars I would. The lack of compassion amongst the staff is jaw dropping. Their aim is to get you sick, keep you sick and siphon money from you. All in the name of being a private establishment. The nurses lack empathy and compassion, the medical staff take shortcuts when they can. Avoid them, my friend was a loyal patient. Due to their medical negligence, she is dead. Avoid them

My wife was admitted at this hospital for 4 days.
We got there about 4 am while she was on severe pain and was admitted and given some drips.
My wife's pain continued for the next 3 hours without seeing any doctor. When I asked the nurse if they could do something about the pain, I was told the lab will be opened at 8am and the medicine given to her will take time to heal by the nurse
I was literally few minutes away from taken my wife from that hospital to transfer her to another hospital until the nurse said he was going to get someone to help.
Why they could not get a doctor to see someone in severe pain for about 3 hours is beyond my imagination
One of the nurses was very rude. Was sitting close to my wife when this nurse came and told me if I can't call her when the drip is done then I should go sit outside
After her discharge I went to the hospital to get a medical report. I was asked to pay 900 cedis just for the medical report.
I did not pay and did not get the report.
Definitely not coming back to this hospital

Terrible Service & Lack of Patient Care – Avoid Narbita Hospital
My experience at Narbita Hospital was beyond disappointing. This facility prioritizes money over patient care, making even the simplest processes unnecessarily difficult. Instead of a seamless experience, I was forced to follow up on my own lab results, retrieve my own water while on medication, and even chase down nurses for assistance something that should never happen in a hospital.
Shockingly, despite being admitted, there was no proper communication from the staff, and the nurses were unresponsive. To make matters worse, I was administered a medication I am allergic to, a mistake that could have had severe consequences. Additionally, they charge patients for access to their own medical records, on top of consultation and drug fees, which is completely unacceptable.
If you value your health, do yourself a favor and avoid Narbita Hospital. Their negligence, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for patient well-being make them one of the worst medical facilities I have ever encountered.
I absolutely do not recommend this hospital to anyone

One of the finest hospitals in and around Tema. One nurse, don't know her name, like obronii, think she deserves an awesome award. Her smiles alone will heal you off... keep it up. Yeah...
