Very average hotel with rooms in need of much modernisation. Lobby recently updated but bar and restaurant both sadly lacking in options. Place could be a real prize if the management invested more in it because the location is perfect for getting to Accra Central, Kantamanto, Ring Road or Achimota

Check-in took literally 5 seconds (they didn't ask for any ID, I just gave my name), which was concerning. I realised the Reception staff didn't tell me anything about the hotel facilities (break fast times, where the breakfast was served, gym facilities, bar area and telephone number for Reception) which would be useful for my 10 night stay.
They kept on turning off the hot heater in my room, so I had to take a cold shower at times (which was refreshing at times) even though I wasn't entirely happy.
Breakfast was very disappointing, as they only prepared egg and toast every morning. I actually had to go elsewhere for breakfast on a number of the days.
Apparently, the owner of the hotel doesn't want to invest any funds into upgrading/ modernising the hotel as he probably wants to sell. In the meanwhile the hotel facilities are very old and rooms are generally quite dirty. If you are on a budget, consider staying there. If you can afford to pay more, avoid this hotel.
The great thing about this hotel in the central location. Nkrumah Circle is 5 minutes walk away, which is a 24/7 hive of activities and market stalls.

Really not that happy with this hotel. We came in our room and the room/bathroom was still really dirty. Also our shower was broken and there were open electricity cables in the shower. Which I believe was really dangerous. Compliment too the way they fix it with out asking any questions. Still this hotel needs more structure, all the times I went to the bathroom in the lobby their wasn't any toilet paper.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The cleaning staff is not thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the room but when we had to be moved because the refrigerator didn't work and water was leaking when using the shower they moved our bags but certainly went through our stuff, Security is nonexistent, you have to call the front desk to get them to turn on the hot water. I would never stay here again.
