Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering genuine hospitality and attention to every detail. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to return!
Upon checking into this hotel that I had the worst experience ever the room didn't have a TV that worked in it. There was no TV in the bedroom. The customer service by the guest reservation. Person was terrible. We did not get switched to another room we checked in on Monday we did not get switched to a decent room until Tuesday morning at 10 AM. They just walk in your room without knocking. I spoke to several people that stated that they were going to get somebody to help me no manager ever came to talk to me this place. I would never never stay at again. The customer service from the guest representative is terrible. We missed a whole day because we had to rest.
My stay there was good, every staff member was nice and polite. Room wasn’t exceptional like I thought, looks modern but I feel it’s too flashy. Would recommend Number 1 Oxford street for anyone who visits Ghana. To have a good taste of their Ghanaian dishes and 5 star treatment from their staff.
