In total we’ve spend 10+ hours just for a doctors visit and testing. The hospital has to top up his service to make things fast. Will never come here again 👎🏼
The expertise of the doctors was quite well, for example the blood taking for test was very smooth.
But when you don’t feel like staying at the hospital the whole day (while feeling sick and needing rest) for just some simple things, advise yourself and don’t come here.

Had a very great recommendation about them but they haven’t lived up to my expectation. I was surprised to know that upon the heavy amount charged at the facility, they cannot even give a nose mask to patients who have forgotten their nose mask at home.

Very poor service. It's a whole day experience. Something that should take 2 hours is taking 9+ hours. I'm never coming back here.

Extremely poor coordination and disorganized queues — unlike anything I've experienced before. They never answer phone calls or respond to emails, making it nearly impossible to reach them.
