I took my car there for repairs, I was told to leave it there for 2 days so I left only to come and pick it up and it worse than I took it .. I confronted the person who worked on the car but he ended up giving my flimsy excuses! I was so disappointed because I had high expectations for them .

Their keys are the worst keys ever. I want to believe the quality they bring to Ghana is different from other places. I’ve bought 2 keys and am yet to buy a 3rd one. Within a year, all the buttons you press have removed. I called them last week to tell them. No one mentioned that I had to book an appointment before coming to change it. They only informed me that I had to bring the car and the key. I get here and I’m told I should have booked an appointment so they’re doing me a favor. I had a sleeping baby in the car and although the person who would work on it was out for lunch, the gentleman I spoke to, I believe his name is Emmanuel (spintex branch), insisted that I come in that instant since my baby would have to wake up anyway. He said I had to sign something so he could open a job card, I asked him to bring it out for me to sign but he said I had to come in that instant and that I should just wake my baby up. I’m leaving without keys. If I could give a no star, I would!

Good customer service but very poor auto service on our 2012 Kia Sorento home used car (just cleared and registered in 2019) leaving us with gearbox problem. They recommended and changed the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) the same day my husband drove the car there. Most specialists we talk to said they shouldn't have change it the same day but should have allowed it to cool and change it the next day. I even wonder why they are accredited as official Kia agent in Ghana when they do not know such basic information.
