I’ve been lodging this hotel for quite some time but there’s this problem I’ve been encountering every single time I use this facility. Unstable light from 1 to 8 am the light keeps going off and on consistently not to say it’s a general light out but it’s within the place only and this can lead to fire outbreak. Secondly internet issues, not working for the past 2 days.
I really like the place, the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially the front desk but the management are not helping.
Please work on your meter issues before the place catches fire and I don’t feel safe with this light keeps going off and on at dawn.
Or else this will be the last time of me lodging here besides there are several hotels around.
Please and please again you’re gradually losing clients.

Ridma has a good location with dirty rooms. The bathrooms are terrible. I visited almost 10 rooms and I couldn’t believe my eyes. With a nice exterior and very poor interior for the rooms. Their cleaning staffs are always on your doorstep knocking as if to sack you.
Their prices are outrageous because the rooms are terrible.
If you compare a price of 450gh room to a different hotel you will understand.
Such a bad experience.
I specifically told the receptionist that I will never come there or recommend such a place.
If you don’t believe go for a tour in the rooms before making payments.

Poor service. Stay away. While the hotel is not so bad but the service is terrible. Woke me up at 7 am because they didn't want me to miss my breakfast I already paid for.(More like they wanted to clean up and wanted me to eat early). The next morning I still hadnt gotten towels so I called and they immediately started harassing me and asking if I was staying more days.( at 7 am). I told them no. They did not have hot water in the room even though they assured me everything was working when I checked in. The short dark girl at the front desk was extremely rude. She will make the hotel lose customers. She sent someone to ask me again if I was checking out and I said yes. She later called and sent a cleaner to ask later on. She even came back and started raising her voice and telling me she had a right to come to my door again even though I already told her and her cleaner I was leaving very soon. It was so bad I walked out the room left the door open and went down with all my luggage. No one helped me yet the front desk girl insisted on following me around the premise to argue and make her point. Trust me. You don't want to stay here. Also towels were quite dirty. Restaurant staff told me I couldn't sit at a bigger table and said it was a table for eight even though they had no other customers that morning.

For the fact that the manager has to write here to argue my personal review and opinion should tell anyone reading this all they should know and that they need to STAY AWAY from these folks. I am a Diamond member with a large international hotel firm and have travelled extensively in the US/UK/Africa/ Asia, and have never had any issues or had anyone try and correct my reviews. A friend checked me into this hotel and it was not my choice for the record. I knew I would leave first thing in the morning so I didn't care. FIRSTLY I never asked the hotel to extend me to 4pm. I was only in the country for two days and had lots to do so why would I even want to stay at that hotel 5 mins more than I had to? They had no hot water. Internet was spotty. I left Ridma 12pm. I can easily share a maps screenshot with time as well as my taxi receipt easily showing when I left this hotel. These people are lying!!! (I was at Miklin hotel by 1pm to pick up a friend. I believe the ride was almost 50 mins between hotels) Ridma hotel has poor service and that's all to it. You should also fire the from desk girl who was following me out of the room and downstairs arguing and raising her voice. (the young man who checked me in the night before was classy and polite. Though he didn't mention there was no hot water). This hotel should simply has just apologized and corrected their issues. A hotel in that price range shouldn't have to give you a kettle for hot water or tell you where you can sit when they are completely empty. If I knew that I wouldn't have stay at the hotel. The same girl even said the hot water has not been working for a few months and I paid the price for a room without hot water (laughable). I went to another hotel on the northern side of town and had no complaints about the hotel itself as everything worked etc. I think this hotel acted this way because I was not native to their country. Its almost like they had a general issue about everything.

The new managers are so friendly. Their assorted fried rice is great, respectful staff.
4 years ago, the manager there was very rude. It's great to have the new managers cos I really like the location.

Paid for the executive room but had to move into a single unexecutive room cos the executive room flooded. My things got wet. Carpet got soaked. Place needs maintenance and upkeep. Only thing we liked was their WiFi so one star for that but room flooding ruined our 4 day stay for us. We had to move out
