Squeaky Cleaning Service came into my space to clean my items today , I must say I’m really impressed by their service, professional coordination from booking till arrival even 15 minutes before the actual time👌🏽. Team work I will give them 5 ⭐️’s. My Couch, orthopedic king size mattress, baby car seat and Center Carpet was cleaned to Brand new. I’m excited

When their team came, they worked well, however they broke a very expensive outdoor huge vase while completing the work. The value of the vase is worth 3X more than the cost of their services. I am disappointed because after discussing this issue with someone on their team for over a month, asking for some level of compensation for the damage, he just kept dragging me on and on. As you can see from the screenshots. It’s very unprofessional and as of today, it has never been resolved and I am forced to take this issue to the police station now.
