They are polite and warm. I felt good as the doctor was detailed in explaining things to me and how he asked me questions. I’d recommend them

I over the time heard the hospital is very good with the rightful personnels.
My last two visits to the facility was nothing to write home about. The doctor who attended to me seemed not to know much about his work. The lady at the counter was impolite.
The nurses that took my vital were very good and friendly.
The management should look out for quality personnels to recruit. It's human life and we deserve the best.
Next time I will post the names of such incompetent personnels if they don't wake up. Thank u

Waste of time and money, had my brother's ear cut and needed to stitch it, could have chosen a better hospital than this one but I trusted this one, horrible service, very rude attitude from the doctor. My personal doctor advised to use glue on the cut to avoid scarring, but the doctor demanded we use nylon, which will ruin the general loom for the ear. The doctor was also very unreasonable. He told me "what I say should be done, the parents' opinion dosnt matter, if you don't waht this, go to another hospital." wasted a good hour on this useless hospital, advises aginst it. The good reviews are short and general, might be faked. And a horrible hospital in general.

The service at the hospital has deteriorated . I visited the OPD with symptoms of cough and sore throat, after my vitals were taken I waited for 15 minutes for me to see the doctor . I was made to run some lab tests and the lab technician told me the tests will take 1:15 minutes . The tests came in and for an hour and half the doctor was attending to an emergency situation . I was finally called to the doctors room and after my lab results were declared ok I was asked to proceed to the pharmacy for my medication , and I was told the lady or gentlemen has gone to the washroom and another long wait . What a service . Public hospital is even better

What internal policies do you have when an knowing patient enters your facility and during his incapacitation the nurse proceeded to steal his mobile phone?
Option 1 A) as a leading world-class facility you proceed by consoling the patient and making sure his treatment goes on calmly.
Option 1B) The chief of staff forcefully decides that the patient needs to accompany the nurse to the police station in order to submit a police report.
Option 2 A) The chief of police with all his experience was quick to know who the guilty person was. He offers advice to the CHIEFNL OF STAFF TO settle this AMICABLY. The patient agrees sitting arrangement but when told about the value of the mobile phone she ferociously turn the brain on the patient's friend who in turn had his car searched to only reveal that he is a high-ranking member of the military.
OPTION 3 A) What are your internal staff policies when a nurse is put at the scene of the Crime as the main suspect. Furthermore she was arrested in hydro homeshift fortunately nothing incriminating was revealed or found.
OPTION 4) What are your policies whe the patient finally has access to his Google account and was able to track back is timeline. Only beautiful story "her timeline"
The timeline clearly reveals to us that day courageous nurse came to work every day with the mobile phone with her.
The mobile phone with brand new and had no pincode she was unaware that it sync everything to Google Cloud there are also pictures of her in church on Sunday.
I will not be posting these pictures but I will post pictures of the timelinem. I have tried to reach out to you on Facebook but no response.
